42 Background Changer or Pimp my 42 is my solution to an issue I had with 42’s intra profiles. We weren’t allowed to change our backgrounds to what we wanted to have. This plugin (for Chrome and Opera browsers) allows us to change our backgrounds. It supports most image types, even gifs if you want a moving background.
My next jump into procedural generation. This is basically a minecraft clone. The idea of this project was to truly learn the ideas behind procedural generation as well as mesh generation. Originally I had wrote my own code for this however I found quite a number of issues with it so I swapped to code I found from a tutorial. Here’s the Link. I learned a lot about how rendering works in this project.

This was my first jump into procedural generation. Using partly a tutorial from Sebastian Lague (Youtube Link) and some previous projects of mine. These were Day Night Water (Link) and a multi purpose camera system I had developed for my projects to create the procedural world you walk around in. This was also my first jump into 3d modeling, creating the tree models you see around you as you walk around the world. Unfortunately I’ve lost the source to the project, however I still have the executable.

One of the first time’s I properly messed around with shaders. In this project I wanted to be able to switch the water shader between two states, one for night and one for day. This would become important for another project of mine later down the road.

Created when I was 16 for DnD games, after we decided to bring our locations “to life”. This was our base which we stole from a vampire. This was one of my first attempts at building a dungeon in unity. In the end i felt that it came together pretty good for my skill level at the time.
